DAY 12

 I awoke this morning and took a pill and a drink of water, I had a herbal tea.

For breakfast I had a bowl of porridge

At lunch time I had a salad ( lettuce,tomatoes,onion,mushrooms,sweetpeppers,jalepeno pepper,celery) with olive oil and vinegarette.

I had a bowl of porridge before work and an apple.

When I got home I had more porridge.

DAY 11

I awoke this morning and took a pill and a drink of water. I had a herbal tea.

For breakfast I had a bowl of porridge.

I had a big lunch comprising cabbage and onion and potato soup to start. Then I had a salad (lettuce,mushrooms,celery,tomatoes,sweet peppers,jalepeno,scallion with vinegarette and olive oil).  I had a spoonful of cottage cheese and 4 slices of roast beef..

Later I had a yoghurt and a banana.

I had a bowl of porridge before work.
At breaktime I had a pear and a yoghurt and a special k bar...

I had a bowl of cabbage and onion and potato soup.

DAY 10

I awoke this morning and took a pill and a drink of water. I had my herbal tea.

I had a half a bowl of porridge before I went food shopping and that was a good idea.

When I got back I had a banana while i made soup. Soup was cabbage and a small potato with onion boiled up till potato was cooked and then zipped with the blender.

I had a bowl of porridge at 4pm...

I had dinner at 8pm..broiled turkey and salad(lettuce,onion,peppers,mushroom,celery,cottage cheese and vinegarette)

I had a yoghurt for dessert.

Later I had a bowl of porridge before bed.

DAY 9

 I awoke early today and took a pill and a drink of water. I had a herbal tea too.

Lunchtime and I had a salad (lettuce,tomatoes,scallion,mushrooms,peppers,a chilli pepper,celery and radishes with vinegerette and olive oil). I had some broiled chicken and sweet potato, herbal tea.

Later I had a bowl of mixed fresh fruit with yoghurt.

While watching t.v. I had some popcorn and a packet of crisps.

I had a bowl of porridge then before bed.

DAY 8

I awoke this morning and took a pill and a drink of water. I had porridge for breakfast.

At 4 o'clock I cooked an omelette (2 eggs) cheese and ham. served on a bed of fried mushrooms,tomatoes,sweet peppers,jalpeno pepper and a scallion.
I had a yoghurt and a banana for dessert. I drank herbal tea.

I had a bowl of porridge before work.
At breaktime I ate 2 special k bars and a packet of crisps..
 later when I got home I had a bowl of porridge...

DAY 7

I awoke this morning at 9.30am, took a pill and drank a glass of water. I waited an hour before I had a coffee (no milk or sugar)
breakfast consisted of a bowl of porridge and a small pear with a cup of herbal tea...
I have to say the feeling of sausage legs and fingers is gone. That really helps a lot in movement. I haven't started exercising yet. The plan is to start beginners Yoga on Day15...(I'm looking forward to that)

Lunchtime
I've been hankering after some fish, so I'm having a lovely warm salad with a tin of mackerel.... followed by a bowl of fresh fruit topped with an activia yoghurt..

For dinner I had a broiled chicken fillet with mashed potato and broccoli and carrots ....

On my break in work I had a special K bar...

When i came in from work I had some leftover mashed potato and chicken.....

DAY 6

I awoke this morning  at 10.30am because I had stuff to do...
I took a pill and a glass of water..
I had a bowl of porridge for breakfast and a cup of tea.

At 1pm I had a lunchtime meeting and all I had was a cup of coffee.. I explained to my company that I had an eating plan and it wasn't time for me to eat. They were quite understanding.. That was the first time this dilemma had cropped up and I think I handled it very well.
 at 4pm, my usual time to eat, I had some of yesterday's leftover soup from the fridge.
I had mushrooms lightly fried in olive oil, 3 cherry tomatoes, chopped sweet peppers and a jalepeno pepper.
Topped off with a 2 egg omelette with a slice of cheese and ham..
desert was an activia yoghurt .....

11pm
Lunch;break at work I had a medium banana, a small pear and a plum. A special K bar was my treat for working really hard.

finished work at 3am and I was hungry.
I ate a bowl of porridge. and drank a herbal tea.

DAY 5

I awoke this morning at 10am...I took a pill and a glass of water... I returned to my sleep.
I awoke again at 11.30 and had a cup of tea.. I did not feel hungry at all. I waited until 1.30pm before I began to feel like eating something lite. I made some soup with cabbage, onion and carrots with black pepper.....

At 3.30pm I cooked a 2 egg omelette with cheese and ham... Served on a bed of lettuce, celery, scallion, tomatoes and vinegarette... I added my favourite mushroom and jalpeno peppers cooked lightly in olive oil...
I drank herbal tea.

at 6.45pm I had a bowl of porridge, a banana, and a yoghurt...
I had to go to work...

I finished work at 12.45am and by the time I got home I was hungry again... so I had another bowl of porridge... and a special K bar.
I drank a herbal tea.

DAY 4

Monday is a long day for me and its always the day when i go over my calories....

Starting the day at 10 o clock
I took a pill and had 2 glasses of water.

I had a bowl of porridge to start my day, I also took b12 sublingual and a multi vitamin.
At 1.00pm I had a cappuccino ...
I drank a bottle of water....


At 4.00pm
 I had a bowl of carrot soupwith half a chopped onion and half a jalepeno pepper..
 I had a salad consisting of lettuce, 1 tomatoe chopped,celery, scallion with vinegarette..
I topped this with a 2 egg omelette with mushrooms and a jalpeno pepper. cooked in a little olive oil...
I drank a herbal tea with my meal

lunch break at work 10.30pm.
I had a special K bar and an activia yoghurt....
and this is where I fell down and had a packet of hula hoops out of the vending machine ...

Home from work at 3.30am and feeling too hungry to sleep.
I had a salad comprising of lettuce, tomatoes, chopped onion sliced, sweet peppers, vinegarette,  and 4 slices of ham that has only 25 calories each slice....

DAY 3



I awoke at 10 o'clock and took a pill. I drank 2 small glasses of water.
Constipation is still no problem....
I rolled over and went back to sleep..It is Sunday...

I reawoke at 12:30pm.. This time I got out of bed and went down and ate a small bowl of porridge..(half the usual amount) I had a nice cup of tea with that and a glass of water...
I decided to take a b12 supplement and a multivitamin...(I read on the website that this helped health wise)

At 5pm I was hungry and had a fruit bowl consisting of a mango, 2 plums,a peach, a slice of ginger a slice of melon (galia) and a glass of water... I had a cup of tea too.

at 6.30 I had 2 hard boiled eggs on a bed of lettuce, celery, scallion,4 cherry tomatoes with vinegarette dressing. Topped off with button mushrooms fried in a tablespoon of olive oil with a chopped up jalapeno pepper...
I drank a herbal tea and a glass of water with a tablespoon of cider vinegar .......


10.30pm  I had a bowl of oats with a little dried milk powder .... I took another b12 supplement...

DAY 2

DAY 2
Awake this morning at 12.30pm
no problems going to toilet.
I mention this because some of the reviews I've read say constipation was an issue.

I took a pill and a glass of water
I had a bowl of oats and a little dried milk powder and a sprinkle of sweetener..

I drank water all day and I had 2 cups of black tea.

I didn't feel hungry again til about 6.30pm...
this is what I had to eat. .......
A bowl of homemade carrot soup with onion and herbs and black pepper.
Followed by a plate of salad veg heated in a pan with water and a tablespoon of olive oil...
eg. mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, celery, sweet peppers, jalapeno pepper, clove of garlic....
Topped off with a 2 egg omelette, a thin slice of cheddar cheese, and 2 grilled rashers....
still no problem with constipation....... <3

I started feeling hungry again at about 10pm so I had a bowl of oats.. This should have filled me for the evening, but because it was Saturday, I was bored while watching TV. I made microwave popcorn. After I finished eating it, thats when I checked the calories. Wow was I surprised. 380 calories!!! I wont be having that again.....

I did take a melatonin tab to help me sleep... Lights out at 2:30am

weightmusings

Im 47... and Im the heaviest ive ever been. It's starting to get me so down... It's only in the last year or so that I can't get a handle on the weight gain... I've reduced calorie intake to 1000 calories a day and cycled my exercise bike for a half hour each day.... plus aerobics every other day....I even started taking the recommended supplements.... fish oils, evening primrose oils,calcium and a multivitamin... Its been costing me a fortune...
Initially  I lost weight, about 5 lbs, not much but it was something... I couldn't loose any more than that... If I ate anything over 1000 calories, within 3 days, the 5lbs I'd lost would be found again.... I visited my doctor and her wisdom put the lack of weightloss down to depression...OF COURSE I'M DEPRESSED...... I'M FAT!!!  This assumption on her part made me worse. I started to eat everything...STOP!! This cannot go on...I've decided to give myself a little help... I have acquired some weightloss pills SLIM FORTE DOUBLE POWER... Awoke at 11am... I took 1 pill and 2 glasses of water.... I went down and got myself an activia yoghurt ... mango and cereal flavour.... and a cup of green tea with jasmine...

1 slice of cantaloupe melon
1 slice of honeydew melon
3 grapes
6 black cherries
1 cup of pineapple cubes


followed by

Homemade soup...
1 cup carrot juice
1/2 a small onion
1 clove of garlic
7 cherry tomatoes
1 egg.

1 glass of water with 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
1 cup of Irish breakfast tea....


18:00
1 bowl of oats with a little dried milk powder
1 cup of Irish breakfast tea.
1 glass of water.


I work a late shift 9pm til 3am........
Breaktime 11pm

1 small banana
1 Activia yoghurt
1 cup of tea

back to home at 3am....

1 cup of tea
2 crispbreads..


My day feels very long, I don't feel as tired as I usually do. Maybe that's the pill.
Im going to sleep at 4.30am....
