DAY 7

I awoke this morning at 9.30am, took a pill and drank a glass of water. I waited an hour before I had a coffee (no milk or sugar)
breakfast consisted of a bowl of porridge and a small pear with a cup of herbal tea...
I have to say the feeling of sausage legs and fingers is gone. That really helps a lot in movement. I haven't started exercising yet. The plan is to start beginners Yoga on Day15...(I'm looking forward to that)

Lunchtime
I've been hankering after some fish, so I'm having a lovely warm salad with a tin of mackerel.... followed by a bowl of fresh fruit topped with an activia yoghurt..

For dinner I had a broiled chicken fillet with mashed potato and broccoli and carrots ....

On my break in work I had a special K bar...

When i came in from work I had some leftover mashed potato and chicken.....
