DAY 6

I awoke this morning  at 10.30am because I had stuff to do...
I took a pill and a glass of water..
I had a bowl of porridge for breakfast and a cup of tea.

At 1pm I had a lunchtime meeting and all I had was a cup of coffee.. I explained to my company that I had an eating plan and it wasn't time for me to eat. They were quite understanding.. That was the first time this dilemma had cropped up and I think I handled it very well.
 at 4pm, my usual time to eat, I had some of yesterday's leftover soup from the fridge.
I had mushrooms lightly fried in olive oil, 3 cherry tomatoes, chopped sweet peppers and a jalepeno pepper.
Topped off with a 2 egg omelette with a slice of cheese and ham..
desert was an activia yoghurt .....

11pm
Lunch;break at work I had a medium banana, a small pear and a plum. A special K bar was my treat for working really hard.

finished work at 3am and I was hungry.
I ate a bowl of porridge. and drank a herbal tea.
